Refunds & cancellations

Cancel any order for a full refund up to 24 hours before delivery or pickup. Celebration cakes can be cancelled up to 48 hours before.

If something arrives damaged or isn't right, email us a photo within 24 hours and we'll refund or replace it, your choice.

Refunds go back to your original card within 5–10 business days.
